Meijer Organics font

The Meijer Organics logo is one I'm very familiar with. The typeface that stands out to me the most is their recently developed Organics typeface. I probably have some biased positive support for the "organics" motif, however I think the goal of this typeface is translated really well. It's a very elegant script font with very little weight. To me, it has a very natural quality, which emphasizes the topic. It also has contrasts with other parts of the logo. The Meijer type is a very plain, professional sans serifs font, which sits right on top of the much larger Organics type. This gives the Organics type a heavier feel, possibly to advertise some of Meijer's business intentions. Another subtle ingredient to the design deals with the color, which is something only artist might recognize. With most other "Eco-friendly" companies you might see a big bright green logo, because bright green tends to catch the eye very well. However, Meijer has excellently and accurately stated how natural green-colored type should be. Its logo type color is a fairly dark tone of green, which has much more natural appearance than saturated green.
All of these things make this typeface effective and very attractive to consumers.
